Forensetec utilizes a systematic, scientific methodology based approach, recommended by the National Fire Protection Association, on all investigations.
Forensetec offers expert forensic fire and explosion investigations for all types of fire losses which includes, but is not limited to, residential and commercial structures, industrial and manufacturing structures, vehicular, tractor-trailer, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, buses, and large equipment.
Utilizing modern technology to assist during the scene documentation process can be advantageous to the investigation. Scanning the fire scene allows the investigator to be able to walk through the fire scene at any point in time.
Forensetec is FAA Part 107 sUAS certified to assist in circumstances involving aerial photography. Drone technology is beneficial for complex fire scenes, large catastrophic damage, risk analysis, building design evaluation and inspection, maintenance deficiencies, and building damage assessment.
Forensetec provides free educational and training opportunities for, but not limited to, origin and cause determination, live burns, scene and evidence preservation, investigations involving subrogation and liability, NFPA 921 and 1033.
